Six new games Roblox highlighted for September 2026

Once a season Roblox publishes a preview of the games about to ship. It is not a list of everything arriving on the platform — it is a selection the company itself chose to highlight, which makes it a decent thermometer for what will show up on your home page over the following weeks.

This autumn's preview covers strategy, first-person shooting, racing, RPG, horror and multiplayer arena. This piece covers the six landing in September, with what each one is, who made it, and what to expect before you go in.

The short answer

Showdown: The Showdown Cup — a first-person shooter with anime-inspired abilities. What shipped in September is the first in-game tournament, run by the India-based studio SuperGaming. They built an esports arena directly into the game's own hub, where you can watch matches live while other players compete for a place on the champions board.

Monster in the Mansion — co-op horror from Ubermonster Productions. Teams of up to eight enter Doctor Mondo's mansion and have to survive long enough to find an antidote. The monster is randomised each round, so no two matches repeat.

GOAT Football League — multiplayer football from the Argentine studio Red Wolves. The joke is in the name: the best of all time is called the GOAT, which is also an animal. The game takes that literally and puts goats on the pitch competing for the title.

Nemesis — a competitive shooter from RoyalFire Legends, with both first- and third-person cameras. The difference is in the movement: you can grapple, ride a hoverboard and see through walls. Wall running happens on its own when you jump towards a wall.

Fossil Force — a player-versus-environment game set in the Jurassic, from Nibblebyte, with a heavy emphasis on visual fidelity. Each biome has its own dinosaurs, and directional audio warns you when something is near.

Caramel — the odd one out. It is a 2D pixel-art game where you inherit a farm and have to build it back up. Made by Elbside Studios, it is the kind of quiet game that barely existed on Roblox.

How to find each one without landing on a copy

A release the platform highlights becomes a copy target fast. The safe route has three steps:

1. Search the exact name from the table below. Do not trust the first result.
2. Check the studio on the game page, right under the title. If the creator name does not match the table, it is not that game.
3. Look at the experience's creation date. A game announced for September 2026 that shows a creation date from years ago is a different game with a similar name.

A fourth, subtler signal: a copy usually has few likes and a short description, copied or machine-translated. The original has a description written by a person.

The six, with studio and release window
